Trouble Maker

We got our Christmas tree today (more on that tomorrow!) and on the way home, Colin and I had to stop and get a new tree stand since we threw ours away last year. While we were in Home Depot, I also decided to grab a hand saw since we didn't have one (you never know when you might have to cut the tree to fit in the stand!). Colin was in his umbrella stroller and I came across two men working in the aisle that the saws were in. They were very friendly and commented on me having "my little helper". As I turned to talk to them, Colin grabbed a box of hand saws for metal and pulled the box over (little helper is right!). There was about 10 saws that fell on his lap and around the stroller. Thank goodness they had covers on them!

I was so flustered and embarrassed and they kept telling me to just leave them and they would pick them up. I tried to pick them up at first and they were all tangled, causing an increasing red face (although I laughed). To be funny, as I said thank you for the help and started to walk away, one of them started to pretend to talk in a walkie talkie and said "hey guys up front, watch out for the lady with the baby..."

Oh Colin, what ever am I going to do with you?

Hi Kelli- did you take Colin to the DS clinic in Phili? I thought I remember reading a post awhile ago about it- I am taking my son in Jan and I would love to get some feedback on what to expect ahead of time. If you did and wouldn't mind giving your email address to me- mine is poust@comcast.net Thanks Jen
